Privacy Policy

Effective 31 August 2026 · Just a Touch of Satin · Oakland, California

The short version. We collect your email address if you give it to us, and standard analytics about how people use the site. We do not sell your information. We never see your card details. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we are

Just a Touch of Satin is a 21+ adult lifestyle brand based in Oakland, California. This policy covers justatouchofsatin.com and the Ice Cream Dream game hosted at ice-cream-dream-play.netlify.app.

This site is for adults only

Everything we publish is intended for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Your email address, if you join the Yes List from the website or from inside the game.
  • Your name, company or venue, and your message, if you contact us through the Partners page.
  • Anything you write to us by email.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data through Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and the Pinterest tag — things like pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site.
  • A referral code if you arrived through a partner or founder link, so that person can be credited. This is a short code such as a first name, not information about you.
  • Local storage in your browser to remember that you have unlocked the game and which partner referred you. This stays on your device. It is not an account, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information goes to Stripe directly and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the referral code attached to it.

We do not record, store or transmit your answers to any card in the game. What is said during play stays in the room.

Why we use it

  • To send you the emails you asked for, and to let you know about new decks and offers.
  • To reply when you contact us.
  • To credit partners and founders for people they referred.
  • To understand which pages and channels actually work, so we can improve them.
  • To deliver access to the game after purchase.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We use these services to run the business, and information passes through them:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • GoHighLevel — our website, store and contact records.
  • Netlify — hosting for the game.
  • Google Analytics, Meta and Pinterest — website analytics and advertising measurement.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The analytics and advertising services above set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a "do not track" setting. Blocking them will not stop the game from working.

Email

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the marketing emails; we may still need to email you about something you bought.

Your choices

Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop emailing you.

Email [email protected] and we will handle it. We will not charge you or make it difficult, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you specific rights along these lines, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that law defines it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer useful to us. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can access contact records. No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to the Yes List.
