The short version. You must be 21 or older. Buying Ice Cream Dream gives you a personal licence to play it, not ownership of it, and your access link is yours alone. The game is entertainment — how you use it is your responsibility, and everyone playing decides their own limits.

What you are buying
Ice Cream Dream is a digital card game that runs in a web browser. There is nothing to download and nothing physical is shipped.

Your access link
Access is delivered by a link or code. That link is personal to you. Please do not post it publicly, sell it, or distribute it to strangers. We may disable a link that is being shared publicly or used in a way these terms do not allow.
Try before you buy
A free preview of the game is available to everyone before any payment is taken, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Please use it. See our Refund Policy for what that means for refunds.
What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce, republish or resell the cards or any part of the game.
- Use the content to make a competing product.
- Share, sell or publicly post your access link.
- Use the game commercially — at a paid event, venue, resort or cruise — without a separate written agreement with us. If you want to do that, talk to us; that is a service we offer.
- Attempt to break, bypass or interfere with the site, the game or its security.
Our content
The name Just a Touch of Satin, Ice Cream Dream, the card content, the artwork, the logo and the site design belong to us. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
The game is entertainment, and consent is yours
Ice Cream Dream contains explicit adult themes, questions and dares. It is a game, not advice of any kind.
Every card can be passed. The game opens by asking everyone if they are good to play, and no card requires anyone to do anything. Nobody owes an explanation for passing.
You and everyone you play with are responsible for your own choices, your own boundaries and your own safety. That includes any decision to drink, and any physical activity a card suggests. Nothing in the game is an instruction, and we are not responsible for what people choose to do while playing it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see is the price you are charged.
Availability
We work to keep the game available but we cannot promise it will never be down, and we may change, update or improve the cards and features over time. Because it is digital, content may be corrected or replaced.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Just a Touch of Satin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken — in particular sharing access publicly, commercial use without an agreement, or use by anyone under 21.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
